No refunds/exchanges. All wigs are final sale and nonrefundable. In depth pictures and videos are provided of each wig and a customer can see details of the wigs construction. If a wig is purchased and an issue occurs, there is always the option for the wig to be fixed or altered at the customers expense.

All readymade wigs are made with hair that is from Aliexpreess companies. Hair from this site can last a long time with proper care of the hair and unit. 

All custom made wigs are wigs that are made with hair that the customer will provide. Those prices will differ from the price of a readymade wig.
